TOHATSU & NISSAN 40/50 WING PLATE STEERING DAMPENER KIT

Take control and reduce fatigue with our latest wing plate steering dampener system.

This full wing plate design suits Tohatsu and Nissan 40/50 drive shaft housings (mid section). This will fit the SS70R.

This wing plate is designed to use the high quality double adjustable shock from QA1. The double adjustable (compression and rebound) settings allow you to compensate for prop torque by increasing the rebound settings. With 18 clicks of individual compression and rebound adjustment, this system will deliver you the best performing steering damper on the market.

The shock mounts to the transom mounting tabs typically found on Thundercats. Check your hull for these tabs at 36" centers. The tab mounting hole is drilled to 1/2" for fitment.
