SS70R ADAPTOR KIT

The 2026 SS70R kits are here!  Including some changes to improve assembly and newly designed adaptor plates.  The adaptor plates are designed to increase strength to the upper mount bolts which only thread into the Tohatsu basement plate.  The new design allows for a through bolt design with a nylock nut underneath greatly increasing strength to the factory Tohatsu components. 

Fast Cats Racing SS70R, the power house that started it all!  A Tohatsu/Nissan  60/70HP short shaft adaptor kit utilizing a short shaft Tohatsu/Nissan 40/50D/D2.

-70 upper adaptor plate.

A Tohatsu/Nissan M70C or B or NS70C or B outboard must be purcahsed for the conversion with the additional 40/50 parts. Some modifications are required to factory parts. Instructions, guidelines and measurements are supplied with the kit.  Mechanical tools and knowledge are recommended for assembly.  The SS70R kit can adapt to any shaft length 40/50 Tohatsu/Nissan D/D2 models.
