TOHATSU & NISSAN & MERCURY 40/50 BILLET HEADS

We are excited to finally add to our performance product line, high compression billet heads for both the Tohatsu and Nissan 40/50HP outboards.  We worked with a proffesional two stroke engine builder to develop our heads.  FCR heads are a true center fire, full squish band billet head with interchangeable domes.  You may have heard of squish and what is it?  Our domes have been designed with the optimum squish height, squish percentage and squish angle to the piston crown.  All of which are key factors for a well performing dome.  Water cooling has been greatly improved with a even cooling pattern around the domes for a consistent burn temperature.  Unlike the original heads, each dome is perfectly CC matched for a smooth firing engine.  A head gasket is not required as the head seals to the block using Viton O-rings and the correct squish height has been calculated into this.  We didn't stop there and designed a built in dry stack fitting into the head for a dry stack exhaust.  This reduces water mixing with the exhaust gases for a cleaner less turbulent exhaust flow.  Hose and hose barb are included and drilling for the hose outlet is required.  We can offer a blanking plate if the dry stack option is not preffered.  The head includes all hardware including Titanium head bolts, thick stainless steel washers and O-rings to seal to the block. We will be offering domes for a stock 50 port and a typically modified port both producing around the 160/170 psi range.  We can offer custom CC domes for highly modified ports upon request.  The heads use a factory thermostat and we recommend the BR8EIX spark plugs (sold sepearately).  Heads are proudly made in USA and expected to ship September 19th.
